Engiglass Ltd provides glazing, repair, and installation services for residential and commercial clients.
Quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated.
All services are subject to the availability of materials and scheduling.
2. Pricing & Payment
Prices will be confirmed in writing before any work begins.
A deposit may be required for large or custom projects.
Payment is due upon completion of the work, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
We accept bank transfer, debit & credit card payments.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Short notice cancellations may be subject to a call-out charge.
4. Warranties & Liability
We take great care in our workmanship. Where applicable, warranties for parts and materials are provided by the manufacturer.
Engiglass Ltd cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage, misuse, or issues beyond our control.
Liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
5. Access to Property
The customer is responsible for ensuring safe access to the property for measurements, installations, and repairs.
If specialist equipment (e.g., scaffolding or lift access) is required, this will be discussed and agreed in advance.
